In the installation directory, usually C:\Program Files\Tenderwire\UnitConverter\ unless you changed it, there are several example spread sheets which will help you get started. I get the following error when I try to use the UnitConverter Add-in: "A file needed by the UnitConverter Add-in is missing. It is expecting to find C:\Program Files\Tenderwire\UnitConverter\\libxml2.dll". What's happening?There was an issue on Windows Vista (Office 2007) in which some of the DLLs libxml2.dll that the UnitConverter depends on were missing. We have removed the dependency on libxml2.dll entirely from our software. Downloading the latest version should solve your problem. The error message has also been made more explicit for these circumstances should they arise again.
